WaterShield |
It is a versatile water repelling sealer which provides an insivible barrier against water and resists oils, grease and similar liquids. Use on cementitious materials such as concrete, stucco, brick, block, terrazzo, and unglazed tile. Can also be used to add water repellency to exterior vertical wood siding when applied over Safecoat Durostain.
Coverage: One gallon will cover approximately 250-300 square feet in one coat. Under normal conditions, it will dry within 2 hours and cures hard in 24 hours.

MexeSeal |
It is a low odor, water-based, medium gloss clear sealers. It is slip and scuff resistant. It is for use on pour interior tile or masonry surfaces where oil and water repellency is desired. It is ideal for long term protection against food, oil, and water stains on residential or commercial floors. It is recommended for use on substrates such as unpolished marble, limestone, granite, sandstone, slate, fireclay (brick, tile, terra cotta, pavers), concrete (brick, tile, precast panels, cast in place). Not generally suited for polished surfaces.
Coverage: One gallon covers approximately 300 square feet in one coat.

Penetrating Waterstop |
Improves water repellency in new or unsealed surfaces such as brick walls, concrete foundations, and stucco. It can be used on new or previously uncoated porous substrates. It is Zero VOC and can be used on interior and exterior surfaces.
Coverage: Most surfaces, 200-300 square feet per gallon. Natural limestone, 300-500 square feet per gallon.

Hard Seal |
A multi-use, clear gloss sealer especially formulated to provide mar resistance to both low and high porosity surfaces. Used typically on unsealed woodwork, cabinetry and vinyl tile. Can also be applied over exisiting paints, stain and colorfast wallpaper. Not for use on particle board or chipboard.
Coverage: One gallon covers approximately 350 square feet in one coat.

Safe Seal |
A multi-purpose, waterborne, clear low gloss sealer/primer. It is typically used on highly porous surfaces such as particle board, plywood, new drywall,plaster, processed wood and porous concrete. Commonly used to reduce toxic outgassing by flushing and sealing.
Coverage: One gallon covers approximately 350 square feet.

Grout Sealer |
A clear, moisture resistant sealer for porous tile grout and other cementitious surfaces. It actually reacts and beceomes a part of the grout which increases water resistances and minimizing the penetration of liquids. It dries clear without discoloration. It has Zero VOC content.
Coverage: Variable depending on method of application and the surface porosity. Generally, one quart will cover a minimum of 100 feet of standard grout lines.
